and Presence

PRACTICE · PRESENCE · INTEGRATION

A journal that accompanies you.

Bring your own practice: yoga, meditation, conscious movement, breath awareness, mantra, study or moments of care in everyday life.

Notice where you begin

Check in with your body, breath and mind. Set a simple intention, then record what you notice during and after practice.

Make room to reflect

Each of the 30 days has a practice log, a contemplative question, a brief practice and space for your own words.

Carry it into your life

Four weekly reviews, contemplative interludes and closing reflections help you notice patterns and choose what to continue.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

A little more about the journal.

What does sādhanā mean here?

In this journal, sādhanā means conscious, sustained practice. It includes time set aside for yoga or meditation, and the attention you bring to ordinary life.

Do I need to practice every day?

You can move through the 30 days at your own pace. If you pause, return when you can. You do not have to fill every field or produce a special experience.

Does the journal teach a complete yoga course?

It accompanies your practice through reflection and brief contemplative invitations. It does not replace instruction from a qualified teacher.

Does the app upload my writing?

No. It stores your journal in your browser on your device, without an account, cloud sync or analytics. Export a JSON backup regularly: clearing browser data can erase your entries.

Can I use the PDF and app together?

Yes, although choosing one as your main record may be simpler. They do not synchronize. The app's JSON backup can be imported into the app; the PDF is saved separately.

Is the English edition available to buy?

Yes. The English digital package is available for US$19 as a one-time purchase. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. The English paperback is also available on Amazon. The paperback and digital package are separate purchases.

How can I ask a question?

Write to hola@cuadernospurnata.com. Support is provided in writing.
